Meridian Zero Channel Barometer - Matt Chrome - 3 Inch The Meridian Zero range of instruments are made of solid unlacquered brass and bevelled glass. Our matt chrome instruments are made by anodising chrome on brass instruments, not steel. The barometer has an adjustment mechanism, as in addition to changes associated with weather patterns, barometric pressure also changes with altitude – decreasing the higher you are. It is necessary to adjust your barometer accordingly by turning the screw on the back. A barometer should be sited with good airflow around it, not by an air-conditioning unit or heater.
